Hops and Heat for Charity
With honey-Sriracha glazed buffalo wings, jalapenos stuffed with Sriracha cream cheese, and a Sriracha-cucumber hummus, the Thai hot sauce isn't just condiment, but star player. The Sriracha Cookbook author Randy Clemens is bringing those dishes to Library Alehouse, and El Segundo Brewing Co. is providing the beer: Blue House Citra Pale, White Dog IPA, and Hyperion's Stout on Rum-Soaked Oak Cubes. Some proceeds will benefit Share Our Strength.
