Wine Tasting Experiences in the Royce
Royce manager and director of wine Eric Espuny will host a series of wine-tasting classes this summer where guests taste the best seasonal wine and focus on particular regions and varietals. In addition, guests will learn tips for ordering and buying wine. The July 7 class will focus on rosés and Provence varietals.

Hollywood Indie Night Market
From the group behind the Hester Street Fair: Hollywood Boulevard will be transformed into an outdoor market with more than 120 vendors including a variety of food trucks (such as LudoBites and Heirloom L.A.), eclectic shopping from area marchants and homemade brews at a craft beer garden.

Marcus Samuelsson Speaks at the Hammer Museum
Chef Marcus Samuelsson, former champion of Top Chef Masters and owner of New York's Red Rooster, hosts a discussion on the state of Harlem's art world alongside New York-based visual artist Sanford Biggers on July 8 at 3 p.m. at the Hammer Museum in Westwood. It's part of the "Hammer Conversations" series.

Gertler Brothers Pop-Up at Shade Hotel
Food Network personality Adam Gertler (Will Work for Food, The Best Thing I Ever Ate) and chef/restaurateur Keith Gertler will be at Shade Hotel in Manhattan Beach on July 8 to serve a four-course dinner featuring things like salmon rillettes, house-made pastrami sausage and grilled calamari salad.
