If you haven't been following along with this headline already, here's a quick primer: LAX put $2 billion into building a new international terminal, then they started asking amazing L.A. restaurants to come be a part of the landscape. Lots of great chefs said yes, then there was a black-tie gala, and *boom* now here we are, with the spankin' new Tom Bradley International Terminal less than one week away from opening.
While your average eater won't have access to the main concourse that houses all of these great eats -- it's humbly known as the "Great Hall" -- the 60 or so restaurants and retailers will be available to anyone with a boarding pass.
