Word just in that the second Fraîche restaurant from Jason Travi and company will open for dinner next Wednesday night, October 14th. Where is it exactly? Amir Ohebsion, president of the Fraîche Management Group, won't say. Ah, secresy. How fun. The new restaurant will also be called Fraîche ("we might add something that hints at the location; we're still playing with that,") will also be helmed by Travi, and will have many of the same dishes ("the signature dishes, plus some twists and turns") that are on the menu at the original Fraîche. The website for the new restaurant, Travi's third, will go live on Monday to start taking reservations. Maybe then they'll tell you where you'll be eating your dinner on Wednesday. Or not. Blindfold us.
