This is quite obviously modeled after Voyager. If it were modeled after TNG, the man could have windows. Also his uniform is wrong for TNG.

...alright he is so high on awesome though the lack of windows makes me wonder if those are UV lights to ensure he doesn't go soft in the skeleton or such.
