Another Rock Club Bites the Dust: Safari Sam's Closed

According to Kevin Bronson's Buzzbands, East Hollywood venue Safari Sam's shut its doors for good last week. The story behind the club's closure is still developing so, until I know more, I'll leave you with one show at Safari Sam's that will always stand out as a personal favorite: Gram Rabbit in May of this year. My memory of the night is particularly foggy (too much tequila) but I did find this YouTube clip of the band performing one of my favorites, "The Rest of Us Sleep," off their 2007 album, RadioAngel and the RobotBeat.
