MTV's "Remote Control" Host Ken Ober Passes Away at 52

If you watched MTV between 1987 and 1992, chances are you were a big fan of Remote Control, the zany game-show hosted by Ken Ober, who passed away at 52 in Santa Monica this past weekend.
There's a nice Kurt Loder tribute at the MTV site, reminding us how cool and innovative Remote Control was, especially when compared to the non-music MTV shows it pioneered.
