I agree The story is about the rev and those who want to say negative things about him should not comment on this in the first place. And those who don't like a7x that's their opinion and it's done but it doesn't mean that they have to tell it to the world about his death. The rev is an awesome drummer and avenged sevenfold is an awesome band.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to post this. Jimmy was one of my best friends for a long time. I met him when I was 9 and am currently 17. He was my drum teacher for that whole time, and he taught me alot. He wrote the song "fiction" because he had a very vivid dream that his time was nearing its end. As one of his best friends, I know that he would have wanted you to know that he is grateful for all of his fans. His 2-year death anniversary is coming up soon... I can't believe it's been 2 years. Aren't you adorable? Avenged isn't a metal band. They even said so themselves. They don't belong to a certain genre, they are more punk-metal. Jimmy was such an amazing person, even if you didn't think so. Everyone has opinions but like I said on the other comment I replied to nobody should wish death on someone. If you don't think about others when you write something on a blog like this you shouldn't speak. The band wasn't just a band they were a family and still are. You may not like them but others do, they don't need people like you to tell them if they are good or not. And quite frankly I think they don't give a fuck. Everyone has feelings and even if they look tough and hard on the outside they have feelings on the inside. They lost their best friend and all you can do is bash on the band and wish death on them. Thats unfair and cruel.

I know the real story ; he was born with an enlarged heart and wasn't going to live a very long life, and he knew the way he would have died would have been very painfull so he took his heart pills with beer and well everybody knows not to drink beer with pills. and he 'overdosed'. He wasn't that insane with drugs. Everybody has there drug problems. R.I.P Rev. Im going to name my kid after you :) Just saying!

James Sullivan. He was an amazing drummer and I know somewhere deep inside he inspired us all. He was the best damn drummer alive and to tell you the truth I don't give a shit if he killed himself with drugs, he was still an awesome friend and excellent drummer. Avenged Sevenfold,this is to yall, yall are the best band ever and I know yall are going through a hard time because i just lost my dad to drugs (oxy) and i might be only 14 but i'm the biggest a7x fan out there yall can quiz me I know everything about yall. Please I know it might not be very often yall reply to fan mail but i would really like to hear from yall. he was one of the best drummers i have ever heard, i have listened to avenged sevenfold trough some hard times, and i can only say that they are one of the best bands ever, i will miss him, so what if they have had a past of drug use, it does not make them less worthy, i love them and there music. and to all you haters, go somewhere else and put a bullet through your heads, this is a place of sorrow, not a place hatred,

Did they take a heart attack into consideration? after all he is a pretty fast drummer and he gets extremely tired afterwords, but theres no way he did drugs, if he did, how could he sing and play so well? and u would notice it when he was on stage!!!!!!!!
