Tank, the drummer who brilliantly motivated Anime Expo cosplayers to dance like they're at Das Bunker last summer, is back with a new video. In this installment of the musician/dancer's monthly series, he takes to some unnamed street that appears to be either a farmer's market or swamp meet (anyone recognize the location?). People stare, but it doesn't matter because Tank has the moves.
