Appetite for Destruction by Guns 'n Roses: The Word Cloud

When we first starting doing word clouds of classic Los Angeles albums, we knew this day would come, and were itching to find out what a Guns 'n Roses Appetite for Destruction cloud would reveal. Our past exercises have been pretty interesting, if we do say so ourselves. N.W.A's Straight Outta Compton cloud was awesome; the Black Flag Damaged was as bleak and depressing as we assumed, and the word cloud of Pet Sounds, the Beach Boys' bittersweet take on California life, was melancholia defined.

So what's an Appetitie for Destruction cloud look like? We love the big NIGHTRAIN running straight through the middle, and the smaller cluster of "sweet," "honey" and "mine." So much to peruse: "JUNGLE" big, next to a small "feelin'" and a smaller "Michelle." You can practically hear Axl Rose yowl the words in the cloud.
