Tonight Low End Theory presents a couple of debuts by some supremely talented gents. First off, Silver Lake producer Benjamin Wynn, aka Deru, releases the new record Say Goodbye to Useless tonight, sending out his scratchy, atmospheric headnodding tracks to the masses. Deru is deft at traveling seamlessly between smoky ambient soundscapes and downtempo beats, making each song a journey in itself. Also making quite a journey will be Parisian beatmaker Fulgeance, who perform his first show in the States ever. Seeing his live drum machine (MPC) antics in the flesh will be mind/eye/ear-blowing chance to fist pump (no guido) to choice underground anthems.
