Flying Lotus to Tour with Thom Yorke, Will Gig the Santa Barbara Bowl** [UPDATED]
This just in via The Daily Swarm: Thom York and his band, apparently called Atoms for Peace, will be touring, and the opener will be LA beat master Flying Lotus. (Yorke guests on Flying Lotus's forthcoming album.) According to At Ease Web:

ok so in April the other band.. that i got together to do the eraser and other stuff u know .. Mauro, Flea, Me, Joey and Nigel is going back out to do some shows in the US.. ending with playing with Coachella. we had too much fun to just leave it there...
it has been decided that we call ourselves Atoms For Peace. hope you like the name.. it seemed bleedin' obvious.

UPDATED NOTE: As FlyLo's manager keenly points out, Flying Lotus will not, in fact, be playing the Santa Barbara show, as that's the first day of Coachella. All other dates on the tour will feature him, though.
