• I'm confused, as well as curious, as to the thought process behind the lead in to the videos. You say "...in no particular order of sexual preference", yet you make a concerted effort to point out how gays and lesbians are the victims of "...historically homophobic hip-hop genre embracing "alternative"/non-hetero lifestyle.", thus putting a sexual preference in a VERY PARTICULAR order. To your assertion of the hip-hop community being "historically homophobic": your abject disengenuousness shines bright, and is very loud and clear. It's no big secret that probably 80% of all rap/hip-hop is independently distributed, i.e. a very D.I.Y. atmosphere - go into the studio, bang out some unintelligible lyrics, and then more often than not, distribute the finished CD's at clubs as well as handing them out on the streets and dropping them off at the more urban radio stations. This is how it's done in Las Vegas, at least. Regardless for my fervent dislike for 95% of the rap/hip-hop genre, I had a few friends who were in the business and they explained the ins and outs, claiming that it's done this way across the nation. This is not to say that the larger rap "artists" on the larger labels distribute in a similar fashion, however. Bottom line here is that it seems to me that if a rapper/hip-hopper has the chops, the "flow" and whatnot, it wouldn't matter what their sexual preference was. Again, I saw all this first hand and while I'm sure that there is some discrimination in the genre - there's discrimination EVERYWHERE so get over it - you're politically correct attempts at demonizing people for THEIR OWN PERSONAL OPINIONS AND DISLIKES is abjectly intellectually dishonest, period. I would be interested in finding out exactly what you, the author, dislikes, regardless of the subject matter, and then once I find out, put out media alerts claiming that YOU are a whatever-ist, a whatever-phobe and that you're an intolerant, hateful, mean-spirited piece of garbage. I mean pull out all the stops: send it out to ever major newspaper and media outlet in the country, taking out full page ads alerting everyone reading about your proclivities for hatred. Pretty stupid, huh? That's EXACTLY the same fucking thing you uber-leftists do on a daily basis. You call people out for their personal beliefs and ideologies and you (and your ilk) do so ONLY because of your own rabid insecurities about yourself and your place in this "big bad world". I've got news for you - political correctness is nothing but a fabricated set of "ideals" dreamed up by people who are so feckless that they can't handle the often harsh realities of everyday life, say nothing of the fact that these people are more often than not, White and thus broadcasting to everyone their deep-seeded hatred of themselves FOR being White. Grow up, get over yourself and most of all, get a fucking life. It's not your concern what other people like and dislike as you're no different than they are, you're just too chicken-shit to be honest about it, pure and simple, so MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS!
