New Orleans in Celebration Mode: Five Reasons Why the Crescent City is Awesome [NSFW]

Categories: Off the Record

There are many reasons why New Orleans is awesome. Here are five, in no particular order of sexual preference. But because this is New Orleans we're talking about, you can rest assured that they are NSFW, to say the least.

B: this great clip from Sissy Nobby and Big Freedia:

C: Or you can go back to the 504 Boyz's excellently bawdy, very NSFW "Wobble Wobble," from before the flood (though there's a jaw-droppingly more NSFW X-rated version of this clip that we can't show you):

And then this classic of debauchery:

Whether you love football or hate it doesn't matter. It's great to see New Orleans in celebration mode.

UPDATE 11:00 A.M.: We just received word from Echo Park Records'/A Club Called Rhonda's Alexis Rivera that N.O. Sissy Rap pioneer Big Freedia is playing A Club Called Rhonda on Wednesday, March 3. We'll offer more info as the time arrives, but this should be a wild night for sure.
