SXSW brings thousands of people into Austin, most of whom are looking for to do the same thing: make their working friends jealous. Well, that may be reductive. There's plenty of other people at SXSW, like the musicians, the beardos, the girls with ironic Poirot-styled mustaches tattooed on their index fingers. It's really quite diverse.
