Rumor Mill: Does Upcoming New Best Coast Video Feature Famous Spokesclown?

​We hear that Best Coast is about to drop a new video where Bethany Cosentino's boyfriend is played by a famous spokesclown for a fast-food chain. Apparently, they engage in typical dating behavior (riding a bicycle for two, walks on the beach, etc).

Cosentino spoke to WCS's Drew Tewskesbury last week at SXSW, where she confirmed that her new album's "recording process is done, and should be all ready to go soon."

Fast-food spokescharacters seem to be all the rage for current indie videos. A couple of months ago, Rad Omen dropped this video about a bunch of them partying like frat guys on a bender.
