Attention fans of bizarro television and legendary groupies: Fishbowl LA announces a literary event tonight in Echo Park featuring Laura Palmer's mom and the archetype for Kate Hudson's role in Almost Famous!
That's right--Twin Peaks' Grace Zabriskie will be reading her poetry at vintage store Tavin in Echo Park as part of an event called "Little Birds 2," which will also feature a "special apperance" by the one and only Pamela "I'm With the Band" Des Barres. Also on the program, filmmaker/author Jessica Hundley will speak about Dennis Hopper's 1960s photographs.
Wine will be served, but BYO coffee and cherry pie.
