After kicking around the L.A. underground for some time, the band signed with TBD, making them label mates with Radiohead.
They dropped a solid new album thereon a couple of weeks back, titled Somewhere On the Golden Coast.
They covered a Television classic for the charitable L'Aventure project that our friends at Aquarium Drunkard just released.
They're currently embarked upon a summer tour with Silversun Pickups. And now, it seems they're hanging out with various heads of state -- even if some of those may be deceased.
in this just-released video for the some "Your Famous Friends," the insane HCP posse dons rubber masks of various political figures, beats up a man, then proceeds to party.
