Now streaming on Vimeo (and in this post) is the debut episode of a strange futuristic web series called The Multinauts.
"The Multinauts" -- the evil leather daddy is Oysters Rockefeller.
In it, a ragtag bunch of heroes attempt to fight off the evil space dinosaurs unleashed by an angry/bored leather daddy while Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti performs live.
It's pure madness, set at a kegger in another galaxy, far far away, where the otherwise Los Angeles band represents a forecasted genre called "saga-wave."
Pink also appears as a morlock-type creature. (Hold the phone. He plays a weirdo from the underground?! Shocker.)
To quote our friend Travis Keller, "Watch this and try and tell [us] Ariel Pink and his buddies aren't on drugs."
