Holiday shopping is the worst. It's only the first of the month, and stores are already packed with irritable, often smelly, shoppers. December would totally suck, if not for the holiday parties. Thank Cheesus that the kind folks at Vacation Vinyl and L.A. label Porterhouse Records have come up with solution to the shitty shopping season. This Friday, December 3rd, they will be throwing an in-store party with gift bag madness and a live set by Exene Cervenka from the legendary hometown punk heroes, X. The party kicks off Porterhouse's X-mas vinyl bundles of two of L.A.'s finest punkers. The bundles come in three sizes: Small (the three album "X: Wild Black Fun Gift Pack"), medium (the four album "Circle Jerks: Ultimate Jerk-Off Gift Pack"), and Magnum (the seven album X + Jerks: All You Can Eat L.A.
