So, so, so deeply wrong: Taiwanese TV's horribly homophobic animation about Elton John's recent fatherhood
Every time some worldwide newsworthy event makes it to Taiwan, a certain Taiwanese TV show does a creepy computer animation illustrating in a sort-of comedic way such event. They first came to our attention with the Jay Leno-I'm With Coco late-night brouhaha earlier this year, but that was pretty tame compared to their current take on Elton John and his partner David Furness having a baby through a surrogate mother. This is their unbelievably offensive and horrendously homophobic take on this great moment for the singer and his husband:
