Fun Fun Fun Fest Announces 2011 Line-Up: Slayer, Passion Pit, Danzig Legacy, Public Enemy

​The line-ups at Austin's Fun Fun Fun often contain acts that other large scale festival wouldn't, but FFF doesn't shy away from the hardcore along with the soft. This year's just-announced line-up includes not just Passion Pit, Girls, and Cold Cave, but also The Damned, Kid Dynamite, and Flying Lotus.

The three days are somewhat split by genre: Friday has the indie and pop acts, Saturday is the boot-to-the-face day, with acts like Crisis, Eyehategod, and Negative Approach, while Sunday is everything electronic: Major Lazer, Diplo, and Neon Indian. There's no shortage of L.A. acts, either, including Odd Future, Touche Amore, Slayer, and Flying Lotus.
