For those who like to party, Summer's soiree schedule still shines pretty bright even as the seasonal shift begins. This week offers plenty of opportunities to get down 'ti' the leaves turn brown. It's in fact a very colorful week in L.A., club-wise, whether you want to think pink, get red hot, or get back in black. (Tim Burton would approve.) With destinations including everything from museums to parking lots to patios, the beginning of September looks like a week to remember.

Another installment of Red Devil Disco heats up the Dragonfly this month. DJ Xian Vox spins electro, EBM and alternative disco remixes, while Apollo Star spews dirty glam and rock. The Boulet Brothers' pansexual circus of performers includes Rudeness, Nikki 666, Miss Miso, and Wuwu, and there'll be an absinthe bar and a photo booth, not to mention a couple of birthday bacchanals and other sinful amusements the Bou Boys have become known for. Dublab takes over LACMA for Muse Til Midnight. The DJ collective's aural explorations will be presented in front of LACMA's urban light sculpture, and guests will get access to the museum's popular Tim Burton and Asco exhibits, as well its surrounding galleries. Studio 69 returns to Vanguard, with a Hotpink & Wet Foam Party, a blushy bash to feature six feet of pink colored foam on Vanguard's patio.
