Pulp to Headline Coachella Cruise: Here's the Full Lineup
All aboard. Let the Coachella branding begin!

Goldenvoice today announced a pair of Coachella boat tours, which will leave in December from Fort Lauderdale. Pulp will headline, with Hot Chip, Yeasayer, Girl Talk and Sleigh Bells among the bigger names. (As with this year's Coachella festival, both cruises will have the same lineups.)
Other performers on board will include Gaslamp Killer, Warpaint, Jason Bentley, El-P, Killer Mike, Father John Misty and James Murphy from LCD Soundsytem doing a DJ set.
The ship -- called "the Celebrity Silhouette, a 1,000-foot, 122,000-ton ship with room for 2,800 fans" according to The New York Times -- will leave from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on Dec. 16 for the Bahamas and on Dec. 19 for Jamaica. Those who want to attend the cruise should expect to pony up; prices start at $500, and that's to share a bedroom with three people.
But there will be opportunities for fans to rub elbows with their heroes. As The New York Times reports, there will be a wine tasting with Murphy, and one expects Killer Mike might be willing to smoke something with you if you ask politely.
As for the performances themselves, not all of the logistical details have been revealed. But according to a source, Pulp will perform two shows per cruise. Half of the attendees will be able to see the group live one night, while the other half will be able to see them the next.
