Fanatics! In Scotland tonight. Getting ready for night #2 at the Edinburgh Festival. I will fly on Saturday back to Los Angeles in time to grab my gear and hit the road for KCRW, so we can all be live on the radio together.
As I have been warning you for the last few weeks, hour 2 of this show will feature the brand spankin' new album by Thee Oh Sees. The album is called Putrifier II and it is excellent. We are so happy that John from Thee Oh Sees and from Larry In The Red allowed us to do this.
Our first hour is a treat after treat, nonstop greatness. New Duane track sent from 3rd Man, new Screaming Females and new Saint Vitus!
So happy to have some Off!, Ty Segall and Anti-Job in the mix as well.
Dig both hours, it's going to be great. Next week, it is pledge drive time at KCRW. Do not miss our two hour slot 8-10 on Saturday. We have been prepping stuff for weeks to lay on you. It will be more than a mere two hours of appealing to your generous nature. It will be a damned outrage!
