Fanatics! I think this is as close as close as we're going to get to a Halloween show. If I could split myself in two, I would be onstage here in New Hampshire and also at the KCRW event as well but alas, this will have to do. Knowing that many of you will perhaps catch up with this show later in the week or whenever it suits you, I thought you might enjoy some Halloween-tinged tunes as well as a healthy slice of Damned music in hour 2.
With a Halloween show, there are myriad ways we could have gone. We would never seek to torture you too much but there has to be a little bit of pain, so there will be some moments you might somewhat excruciating but hopefully, nothing we get up to will be that off-putting.
I am listening to Mr. Bentley's contribution to our show as I write this and damn, it's brutal but it's only a few minutes. I think our hardest to digest is our Todd Tappin track -- that guy leaves a mark, doesn't he?
As tempting as it was to overload our October shows with Damned music, we really hit that hard last year, so I thought we would save the last part of the month for some of their music.
Sometimes I wish we had more time for our show. We will put together some download shows over the holiday where we can stretch a bit.
This is the last of our October shows. Next month is going to be great and in December ... get ready for December. We have been working on these shows for weeks now. I think you are going to dig them big time.
Until next week, Fanatics, when we celebrate the great state of New Jersey, hang in there and STAY FANATIC!!! --Henry
